Interim Executive Director roles have included:

Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility: Strengthened financial and development systems, and helped board and staff navigate a time of deep transition and exploration.

Call To Safety: Repaired programs, grant reporting, and staffing after a series of challenges. Strengthened staff morale, built relationship with worker’s union, and restarted internal equity work.

Youth Progress: Navigated staffing shortages and multiple leadership transitions, including the departure of the program director as well as the finance director during budget development.

Coalition of Community Health Clinics: Supported safety net health care providers as they managed emergency services during COVID-19.
